Individual, Family and Couple’s Therapy
For over 30 years, I have provided individual, family and couples therapy for a wide range of problems and concerns. I have a strong commitment to empowering people. I offer clients insights, skills and tools so they can use to move beyond their limitations and have more satisfying lives.

• I help couples with communication problems, marital discord, loss of romance, recovery from infidelity, sexual and intimacy problems, and help them deal with such issues as parenting, health crisis’, conflicts with in-laws and finances.

• I help individuals heal unresolved wounds from childhood, manage life’s transitions, achieve greater self esteem, reduce troubling symptoms of anxiety and depression, handle anger and fear, address addictions, improve relationships, cope with loss, break unhealthy patterns and utilize their own inner resources and strengths.

• I help families improve communication, heal long standing wounds, resolve divorce issues, adjust to step-family living, and develop more healthy, caring relationships.
